These Old Cars in Tyner Park were sketches commissioned by a friend, Pat, for her husband Steve at Christmas 2025. They wound their way out to Australia and were (I'm reliably informed) well received in their new home. They are 12" x 9" ink sketches on paper.
Tyner Park is an old Pender Harbour Homestead by Lily Lake, bequeathed as a park by Jim and Vy Tyner. A trail through the park and alongside the lake has been laid by the Rotary Club, and a parking area has been donated by Don White. |

Savary Island is renowned for its (for BC) rare, extensive sandy beaches. However, at the end of South Beach is Mace Point, a rock outcropping, which is the location for this painting.

Baker Beach Panoramic (Low Tide). Acrylic on Canvas 40"x16". This is a favourite location near me, and somewhere that offers constantly changing vistas as the light and the tides change.
